  DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS, HAS TO MANY CLIENTS AND CANT TEND TO ALL OF THERE NEEDS. SEEMS LIKE A NICE MAN, BUT HE HAS TO MUCH ON HIS PLATE. I WOULD GIVE HIM A 3 OUT OF TEN.
